Social Services
Social Services is a component of the nursing department and care team.
The Social Worker brings skills into areas including discharge planning,
psycho-social assessments, and patient and family support.
Our Social Worker sees patients as inpatients, outpatients, in the
emergency room, and also works with the Volunteer Chaplains.
