A variety of support groups and education classes are offered throughout October, November, and December.

Childbirth Education
Classes for expectant moms and their coaches. Topics covered: labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation, postpartum care, nutrition, breast feeding, and more. Presented by the McCall Memorial Hospital Childbirth Educators. Five-week series. Held in the Hospital Conference Rooms.

First Aid and CPR
American Heart Association Certification. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Fee is $30 per certification; includes materials.
