Nordic for Ladies

Join us for the 5th Annual Idaho Nordic for Ladies (NFL). Ladies explore new ways to celebrate your mind, body and spirit! Join us for a day of Nordic skiing at Jug Mountain Ranch. Participants will enjoy lessons with expert instructors, a delicious healthy lunch, and a chance to ski the trails on your own, with friends, or the instructors in the afternoon, and more. Childbirth Education
Classes for expectant moms and their coaches. Topics covered: labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation, postpartum care, nutrition, breast feeding, and more.
