A variety of health topics, health screenings, nutrition, forums, acupuncture
programs and clinics, yoga classes, and special events are offered throughout

Childbirth Education
Classes for expectant moms and their coaches. Topics covered: labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation, postpartum care, nutrition, breast feeding, and more. Presented by the McCall Memorial Hospital Childbirth Educators. Five-week series.
Held in the Hospital Conference Rooms.

First Aid and CPR
American Heart Association Certification. Pre-registration and pre-payment are
required. Fee is $30 per certification, $60 for both; includes materials.

Friends & Family CPR for Adults Age 55+
This free course includes: Adult, child and infant CPR and choking; using an AED; and, what to do in an emergency. Wear comfortable clothing. This course made possible by a grant from Idaho Department of Health & Welfare. Pre registration required.
