A variety of health topics, youth and family programs, nutrition, fitness, stress management, yoga, and acupuncture programs, and special events are offered throughout the year. Click on the above link to see a list of programs.

Childbirth Education
Classes for expectant moms and their coaches. Topics covered: labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation, postpartum care, nutrition, breast feeding, and more. Presented by the McCall Memorial Hospital Childbirth Educators. Five-week series.
Held in the Hospital Conference Rooms.

First Aid and CPR
Due to a grant opportunity McCall Fire and EMS and Donnelly Fire and EMS will now
offer First Aid and CPR certification at a significantly reduced fee. McCall EMS will hold classes in the odd months (Jan., March, etc.) and Donnelly will offer in even months (Feb., April, etc).
Learn First Aid basics, CPR skills, and how to use an AED. Certification is valid for two years. Pre-registration required. Fee: $5
